Publications include artist's monographs, such as Andrew Lambirth's recent book on the Scottish painter and printmaker William Gear, which coincided with the centenary retrospective that opened at Towner, Eastbourne, and toured to Edinburgh. The book was described by the Times Literary Supplement as "exhaustive, lavishly illustrated, admirable for the depth of its research", and "excellent" by The Scotsman, and also received positive reviews in Country Life, Print Quarterly, and The Times.
The Shop also stocks a selection of recent exhibition catalogues, as well as Tessa Sidey's catalogue raisonné of prints by Patrick Procktor, published in 1986.
